Privacy notice

This is a lean global transaction test for an instant digital report and an optional personalised Personal AI Automation Blueprint. We collect only what is needed to run the scan, confirm payment, generate the purchased result, provide support and measure whether the product works.

How the free scan works

Your role, weekly hours and selected task categories are sent to calculate your free estimate. Your browser stores a temporary continuation reference so you can continue to your report.

What we collect if you continue to the paid product

• Email address and payment-status identifiers supplied by the Merchant of Record.
• Role, weekly hours, task-mix, work goals, tools and constraints you choose to provide.
• Your generated estimate, market/language selection and the inputs needed to create the instant report.
• Support, refund and dispute communications if you contact us.

No file upload required for the report

The $4.99 report does not require file uploads. The $49.99 Founding-50 Personal AI Automation Blueprint may ask for additional workflow, tool and constraint information needed to personalise the implementation plan, but you should not provide passwords, secrets, unnecessary confidential material or special-category personal data. Any later real-task trial that accepts optional materials will use a separate notice and require confirmation that you have the right to provide them and have removed unnecessary confidential or personal information.

Purpose and legal basis

We process submitted data to generate and deliver the purchased report or Blueprint, confirm entitlement, provide support and refunds, prevent misuse, comply with legal obligations and evaluate the transaction test. Depending on the interaction, the basis is steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations and our legitimate interest in operating and improving the product.

Service providers

WebsitePublisher hosts the product and essential form infrastructure. Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for checkout, tax handling, payment confirmation, receipts, refunds and transaction compliance. The current calculation and report generation run on the service’s private workflow infrastructure. No external AI provider receives your work-description inputs in this implementation. We do not sell customer inputs, use them as another customer’s content or intentionally submit them for public model training.

Retention

Your saved answers and results are available for 30 days. Expired records are removed when the service next processes a request. The temporary continuation reference stored in your browser expires after 24 hours. Payment and tax records may be retained by Dodo Payments for legally required periods.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where applicable by writing to aileveragescan.support@gmail.com, and may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.

Analytics and cookies

No third-party advertising pixel or marketing analytics is currently installed. WebsitePublisher may process essential technical information needed to serve and protect the website. Any later optional analytics or advertising technology will be disclosed and, where required, consent-managed.

Changes

This notice may be updated as the payment and hosting configuration is finalised. Material changes will be reflected on this page before they apply to new purchases. Last updated: 31 August 2026.
